About me

Hello! My name is Daria. I’m a tailor, fashion designer and sewing content creator based in  LA.

I’ve been sewing since middle school as for now more then 25 years of practice, experimentation and growth in different types of crafts! I can hardly believe in this number.

During my school years, I participated in numerous fashion shows, creating pieces from traditional fabrics as well as unconventional materials like plastic bags. Later, I worked for a major oil company as a document editor, but continued designing and sewing on the side, often creating unique office pieces foe myself and my colleagues.

For the past 11 years, I've been working professionally as s tailor and designer. I develop concepts, design garments, construct and tailor custom pieces for clients around the world.

Sewing Patterns

My slow fashion sewing patterns are made specifically for natural fabrics such as linen, cotton, wool and silk. Me personally in love with linen! When I think about creating new sewing patterns first of all I imagine how it will be in linen. The majority of my wardrobe is from this adorable fabric!

I believe in a world where people invest in pieces that are built to last and handcrafted items.  Where creators, who make them, care about the nature in which materials come from.

My mission is to show creative people that sewing brings a lot of fun. Mistakes are inevitable but it upgrades the level of inspiration and excitement when the sewing project is finished.
